i received this book as a gift for an honest review.
This is a great story for the YA reader. the author paints a great image in your head as you read. it sucks you into his world of iron and anvil. A wonderful place filled with Magic and Mystery, and a witch who wants to see it all end.

Cecilia Spark : Brimstone Forest

I read this book to my 5 year old, i had to explain what a few words ment and the Author is most likely from somewhere other than the US because some of the terminology differs from what we use here in America, so i had to explain what each of those ment.
But my daughter just loved the story, and has asked me to get more of her books. And when a child gets so interested in a story they want more, you know its a good book! She usually hates bugs, but she was drawn into this story even tho it had said "bug hunting" She Loved the pictures in the book as well . will have to get more Cecilia Sparks books for her .

my daughter is 5 and i read this to her, we both loved it! its a new twist on an older type of stry. and it made Her and I both ready for the Holidays ahead. great book ! great for kids of all ages! even the adult ones!
